The Centre for Community Welfare Training (CCWT) is a Registered Training Organisation which provides cost effective and accessible training opportunities for people working across the community welfare sector in NSW, in particular those working with vulnerable children, young people and families. CCWT provides both calendar and in-house training as well as specialised programs, coaching and supervision.

Training for Residential Care Workers

In 2015 CCWT launched new training particularly focused on residential care workers. Two qualifications which include elective groups on residential care are now available. The are the CHC40313 Certificate IV in Child Youth and Family Intervention and the CHC50313 Diploma of Child Youth and Family Intervention.
